Learning Cycle Reports: 1–2–3

GripTape started with nine teenagers, a whole bunch of questions, and some ideas to test based on what young people and research said was missing in education.

We knew from the beginning we had to be a learning organization and not just a nonprofit that talks about learning. So, from the start, we engaged in rapid learning cycles to quickly learn what was working for young people and adapt accordingly.
